At Colleen, we make our cheese and pasta in-house and build our menu around what’s grown and raised here in Manitoba. We’re proud to work directly with local farmers and producers, and to cook seasonally. We believe Manitoba has incredible produce, and it’s our responsibility to use it and support the people who grow our food.
We source everything as locally as possible, working directly with Manitoba farmers and producers. We understand that sustainability is complicated, shaped by people’s different economic, cultural, and social backgrounds, but we believe it’s a necessary conversation for the future. Our producers are highlighted on the menu in hopes of starting those conversations and encouraging everyone who joins us to think about where their food comes from.
